One of the most satisfactory aspects of using
essential oils medicinally and cosmetically
is that they enter and leave the body with
great efficiency, leaving no toxins behind.
The most effective way to use essential oils
is not orally, as one might think, but by
external application or inhalation.
The methods used include:
- body oils
- compresses
- cosmetic lotions
- baths (including sitz, hand, and foot
baths)
- hair rinses,
- inhalation (by steam, direct from the
bottle or from a tissue)
- perfumes
- room sprays
- and a whole range of room methods
Unlike chemical drugs, essential oils do
not, as far as we know remain in the body.
They are excreted in three to six hours in
a normal healthy body and up to fourteen hours
in an obese or unhealthy body.
As well as being noninvasive and nontoxic
to the human organism, essential oils are
noninvasive in terms of heat and electromagnetism.
Each body cell is electrically charged, and
the effect of electricity, in all its forms,
plays a part in the healing process.
The dextrorototary and lavorotatory (clockwise
and counterclockwise) characteristics of essential
oils have been known for a long time. It could
be that these aspects of the essential oils
contribute towards stimulating the body's
own natural healing mechanisms.
The positive effect of essential oils on
blood circulation is well known. Through this,
they play an important part in bringing oxygen
and nutrients to the tissues, while assisting
in the efficient disposal of carbon dioxide
and the other waste products that are produced
by cell metabolism.
The general increase in blood flow improves

Sunlight, which contains all wavelengths,
consists of the entire electromagnetic spectrum
that we depend on to exist on this plant.
It is odd that scientists who understand rays
in the atmosphere do not understand the effect
that colors have on us.
We know that some rays can be dangerous if
we are exposed to them. But the visible light,
the rainbow, has a soothing effect on us.
This life-giving light can probably give us
even more help if we learn to understand what
the colors mean.
How Do We Absorb Colors
Through Light?
- First, photons reach the retina, where
they are transformed into electric nerve
impulses.
- These nerve impulses are transferred to
the brain through a progressive series of
electrochemical reactions in the nerve cells.
- Finally, the back end of the brain receives
the electricity and transfers it to the
picture we see outside our bodies.
The seven color energies are the prime power
behind every chakra. Every chakra has a latent
"mission" or "assignment" that has to be fulfilled.
Moreover, the fulfillment of these missions
is a birthright of every individual. Unfortunately,
life is filled with so many unforeseen incidents

Accusations like "shame on you" or

very hard on orange energy, as it
does not like to be told what to feel.

We are trained to obey and submit
to authority from childhood. Parents

People need to love. Emotional blockages
arise when people are exposed to racial

and war. These things block love out.
Furthermore, the heart chakra can

Messages such as "do not talk like
that" or "calm down if you are that
angry!" stop us from expressing our
feelings. This suppression of feelings
can lead to the closing of the throat
chakra. Our throat chakra will also

lies, or keep secrets that we do not
wish to keep.
