Terra Christa is owned by Mary Ruth Van Landingham and run by a wonderful family of spiritual people who welcome everyone from all paths of life.

Terra Christa had it's birth on Fenwick Island Delaware in 1988. It was only a summer store and it was ready to grow in many areas, so the store relocated to Vienna Virginia in early 90's Terra Christa has grown from a one room store about the size of a walk-in closet to a haven of peace and inspiration with six rooms offering a unique blend of nurturing products and people willing to share their knowledge and experience to help shed some light on the path.

A wonderful quote Ruth loves from The Polar Express song, Believe: "Destinations are where we Begin Again." It's all about the "Journey",
not the "Destination"....come journey with us!

From Ruth: I have been on my spiritual path as long as I can remember, without really knowing where I was going or how I would get there, so for me it was a happy day when I heard there was no final destination, just a new beginning and taking a different path on the journey. But I did know there was something more to know and I've always wanted to know....just about everything. My mission, my dream for the store is to enable people to know they have all their answers within. No one needs to be dependent on anyone else for their journey or for their happiness and fulfillment.
